Organizational Structure
The institution's structures consist of harmonious teams working in harmony to achieve the institution's goals, and the individuals in charge of the institution in the structure possess cumulative experience of more than 60 years in development work and community renaissance at the national, regional, and international levels.
General Assembly
The foundation's general assembly includes 45 founding members of both genders, featuring competencies specialized in professional and human sciences across various disciplines, for the purpose of benefiting from this cognitive diversity in advisory committees for large specialized projects. Its meetings are held with competence and professionalism, and its decisions are issued in a smooth and transparent manner. Membership is open to whoever wishes to contribute to supporting the foundation's journey, in accordance with the joining regulations stipulated in the articles of association
Board of Directors
The organization's board of directors consists of seven individuals with intellect, opinion, wealth, and relationships. Their mission is to attract support for the organization, monitor performance, adopt systems, regulations, and general policies, and approve intermediate plans and programs that were not approved in the general assembly meeting
Enterprise Resource Planning
The organization's resources consist of the following: Grants, donations, and gifts Returns and yields from endowments (Waqf), if any Zakat and Sadaqah (alms and charity) Member contributions and subscriptions based on the member's ability and capacity; these are non-fixed. Any other resources determined by the Executive Committee and approved by the General Assembly or the Board of Directors, provided they do not conflict with Sharia rulings and Sudanese laws

Evaluation and Follow-up
The institution's programs and projects are subject to internal review to ensure that operations proceed according to budgets and plans, and to ensure compliance with the implementation of projects and programs according to approved contracts. The institution's programs and projects are subject to internal evaluation for continuous improvement and to benefit from lessons learned. Large projects are evaluated by expert firms and neutral entities to ensure enhancement of the principle of transparency and accountability to reach project and program results and measure impact
